Chapter 21

Bran enters Castor's area. "How did it go?" Bran asks Castor. "Good. All I need to do is put the breathing tube in and wait a day,” said Castor as he worked on Dagon. "Does he know we are here? " Asks Bran. "Yes. I need to give him one more elixir that will put him into a really deep coma. It will make him like he is dead. His breathing will be so low that he needs a machine to keep him alive and another one to keep his heart pumping." " Said Castor. Bran was in shock to hear this. "When are you able to operate on Dagon?" Bran asks Castor. "Once he is in the coma, I already hooked Dagon to the heart machine and the breathing machine. Will let me know when he is ready." Said Castor as he checks Dagon out.

 (Next Day.)

Castor checks Dagon out. "How is he?" Bran asks Castor. “"Good. He is in the deep coma. The machines went off last night, so I can operate on him later.” " Said Castor to Bran. "How long will he be in this coma for?" Bran asks Castor. "Depends if I can get this creature out." Said Castor to Bran.

 (Two hours later.)

 "Can you please get King Arthur and Bran for me?" Asks Castor to one of the servants. "Sure." Said the servant as she takes off.” Two minutes later, King Arthur and Bran are there. "Good news, Castor?" King Arthur asks Castor. "Yes." Said Castor. He explains what he has found. "Dagon must stay in this coma for a while in case there are any more." Said Castor. "I am glad the operation was successful." Said Bran to Castor.

 (A month went by.)

 "Hi Castor, how is Alberto doing?" Asks Bridget as she enters.” ""Good. It will be any day now." Said Castor to Bridget. Bridget smiles at this. "How is Dagon doing?" Bridget asks Castor. "Good. I haven't found any more creatures. I am keeping him in the coma a bit longer. I don't want any infections. " Said Castor. Bridget went to sit beside Alberto. Two hours later, Bridget sees Alberto is in some stress. Castor also sees it. "He is ready." Said Castor to Bridget.

 (Three hours later.)

 "Congrats Bridget. Alberto had a son." Said Bran as he brings the baby out. Bridget smiles and looks at the baby. "Did Alberto give you a name? " Asks Bran. "Yes he did. It is Pekko." " Replies Bridget.

 (Next Day)

 Bridget goes and sits beside Alberto. She talks to him about his children. She holds his hand while she is talking. While she is talking to him, she feels a squeeze. "Castor, he just squeezed my hand."  Said Bridget.”

 Castor comes and checks Alberto out. "He is coming around fast, as Dagon did." Said Castor to Bridget. Bridget continues talking until she sees Alberto fully awake. Castor checks him out. "How do you feel?" Castor asks Alberto. "Tired." Said Alberto. "Go back to sleep. You still feel the elixirs." Said Castor as Alberto goes back to sleep.

 (Next Day.)

 "Good morning, Alberto." Said Castor. "It sure is." Said Alberto. "You are free to go." Said Castor. "Thanks." Said Alberto. "King Arthur wants to see you." Said Castor as Alberto leaves. On the way towards the main chamber, he runs into Bridget. "Hey when did you get up?" Asks Bridget. Alberto tells her. "I will be home after I talk to King Arthur." Said Alberto to Bridget as he enters the room.

 "I am glad to see you up and around." Said King Arthur to Alberto. "I am." Said Alberto as he sits down. "The reason I asked you to see you."Said King Arthur to Alberto. Alberto looks at King Arthur. King Arthur explains what is happening to Dagon. Alberto is in shock to hear this. "How long were these creatures attacking him?" Asks Alberto. King Arthur explains it to him. "How long will he be like this?" Alberto asks King Arthur. ""I have no idea. "Castor will have a better idea," replies King Arthur. "OK. I am going to spend time with my family and check on Aella," replies Alberto as he gets up.

 (At Dagon's House.)

 "Hi Alberto, nice to see you." Said Aella as she sees Alberto standing there. """Thanks. I heard what is happening to Dagon. How are you holding up?" Alberto asks Aella. "I am holding up. I have been visiting Dagon every day. "I really miss him," said Aella, a bit sad. ""I know he will pull through. Bring your children and have supper with my family tonight," Alberto asks Aella. "Sure." Replies Aella as Alberto leaves to head home.

 (At Alberto's home.)

 "What took you so long?" Asks Bridget as she sees Alberto enter. He explains what King Arthur wanted. "I also stopped by to see Aella. I also invited her for supper as well. She is so worried about Dagon." Said Alberto. "She is. I am glad she is coming for supper." Said Bridget. One of the servants comes in. "Excuse me. Castor is asking for you, Alberto," said the servant. "Thanks." Said Alberto. He goes to the door. "What can I do for you?" Alberto asks Castor. "Castor explains what he wants. "How long will this take?" Alberto asks Castor. "Not long." Said Castor. "You can go and you can visit Dagon. Be home for supper." Said Bridget.

 (At Castor's area.)

 "I want to make sure you don't have these creatures as well. We don't want Bridget to go through this as well," said Castor to Alberto. "I agree there,” Where do you want me?" asks Alberto to Castor. Castor shows him. Alberto lies down. Few minutes later, Castor is done. "It will take a while before I know anything. I will show you where Dagon is," said Castor to Alberto as he gets up and follows Castor. Once in the room, Alberto is in shock to see Dagon like this. "How long will he be in the coma for?" Alberto asks Castor. "Another month, then I can start to wake him up." Said Castor.

 (A month went by.)

 Castor sees Aella enter. "I just gave him the needle. It will take time before he comes around." " "  Said Castor to Aella.” Aella smiles and sits beside Dagon. She talks to him about his children. "I hope he will be fine once he is awake." Aella as she stands up. "It will take time. I am sure he will be fine." Castor as he watches Aella leave.

 (Later)

 "Hi Castor." Bridget as she enters the room. "Hi." Said Castor to Bridget. "How is Dagon doing?" Bridget asks Castor. "Better. He is slowly coming around. It will take a while before he is awake. " Replies Castor. "That is good. Have you seen Aella?" Bridget asks Castor. "She was here earlier to visit Dagon.  " Said Castor, ‘OK.’” Thanks." Said Bridget as she leaves. She heads towards the main chamber.

 "What is it, Bridget?" Asks Queen Daphne. Bridget tells her. "I even went to her spot where she meets Dagon." Said Bridget, a bit worried. "I will send a search party to locate her." Said King Arthur as he summons the guards. "I hope they can locate her before Dagon wakes up." Said Bridget as she watches her father. "I agree too." Replies Queen Daphne.
