Chapter 22

"We should not tell Dagon until he is totally recovered." Said King Arthur. "I totally agree. I am hoping we find her before he totally comes around." Said Queen Daphne. Just then, Alberto enters the room. King Arthur informs him about Aella’s disappearing. "Oh man. I will try to help as well. Who wants to take her for?" Asks Alberto. "I have no idea." Said King Arthur.

 (At Castor’s Area.)

 Bran enters. "Can I see you for a moment, Castor?”  Bran asks Castor, "Sure." Said Castor. Bran tells Castor everything the King Arthur told him. "He doesn’t want Dagon to know until he is stronger." " Said Bran to Castor. "OK. He is starting to breathe on his own now. It might take him another two days before he is totally awake.” Said Castor to Bran.

 (Later)

 Alberto walks into the main chamber. "Any news on Aella?" He asks King Arthur. "Not yet. I just hope we find her before Dagon is up.”  replies King Arthur. "Just then, the Captain of the Guards shows up.” "What is it?" King Arthur asks him. "Sire, we have located Aella." He replies to them. "Can you show us?" King Arthur asks him. The guard nods his head yes as he leads them where Aella is.

 They see her on the ground. Alberto kneels beside her. "She is alive." Replies Alberto as he checks her out. "I will still send Castor to check her over." Said King Arthur as he told the guard to get Castor. Alberto notices Aella is starting to wake up. "Take it easy." Said Alberto to Aella. Few minutes later, Castor is there. He checks Aella out. "Do you know what happened to you?" Castor asks Aella. "No, I was going to the spot where Dagon and I meet. Then a sound came. That is all I remember."" Said Aella.”

 "I wonder if it is the same sound that Dagon and I heard when we got abducted." Said Alberto. "Could be. I want to check you out in case the same creatures made you pregnant or not." Said Castor. "OK, I hope I won’t." Aella as she stands up. Alberto notices her not steady on her feet. "I will help you." Said Alberto as he catches her.

 (Back at Castor's area.)

 "It won’t take long. After I am done, I want you to get some sleep.” " Replies Castor. Aella nods her head as Castor checks her over. Alberto walks in as Castor has finished his job. "You can stay with us." Said Alberto to Aella."Thanks, Alberto." Said Aella as she leaves. "How is Dagon doing?" Alberto asks Castor. "Good. It will be another day before he is totally awake. " Replies Castor.

 (Next Day.)

Aella enters and goes to sit beside Dagon. Aella holds Dagon’s hand and talks about stuff around the castle. Few minutes later, Dagon squeezes her hand. "Castor, he just squeezed my hand." Aella said to Castor. Castor comes and checks Dagon out. "He is coming around. He will be weak for awhile." Said Castor. Few minutes later, Dagon is fully awake. "How do you feel?" Asks Castor to Dagon, “Tired." Replies Dagon at bit weak. Go to sleep." Said Castor. Dagon goes back to sleep.

 (Next day.)

 "You look better now, Dagon." Said Castor as he checks him over. "I do feel better. What were those creatures?”  Dagon asks Castor. "I have no idea." Replies Castor. Alberto enters. "I am glad to see you are awake." Said Alberto.

 "I just hope you won’t go through this at all." Said Dagon to Alberto. Castor sees Alberto. "I want to check you out in case you have those creatures." Said Castor to Alberto as he motions for Alberto to the bed next to Dagon. Alberto lies down. Castor checks him out. "You don’t have them. If you are having nightmares, come and see me." said Castor to Alberto. "OK, I will." replies Alberto as he gets up. "Tomorrow you can get up, Dagon.” Said Castor as he checks Dagon over again.

 (Next day.)

 "You look better, Dagon." Said Castor as he checks Dagon out. "I feel better." Replies Dagon. "You can up." said Castor as he helps Dagon to his feet. "Thanks, I just hope this won't happen to Alberto," replies Dagon as he leaves. He went to the main chamber. Queen Daphne sees Dagon enter. "Welcome, glad to see you are up and about." said Queen Daphne to Dagon. "I feel better now. Any news around the castle?" Dagon asks Queen Daphne.

 "Nothing much." Replies Queen Daphne. Aella enters the room. "Castor told me you are up." Said Aella to Dagon. "I wanted to visit my parents before I came home." Said Dagon. "I know. Let's spend time together for a while." asks Aella as she pulls Dagon's arms. "OK."Replies Dagon as he lets her pull him away." Queen Daphne smiles at this.

 (Later.)

 They see Bridget walking towards them. "Hi glad to see you are up." she said to Dagon. "Me too. I am tired of lying down." Replies Dagon. "Can we look at Myst?" Asks Aella to Dagon. "Sure. I miss that planet." replies Dagon as they head towards the watch pool. Once there, Dagon asks to see Myst. The magic pool shows them Myst. "It looks like the people are rebuilding the town," said Dagon as he gazed at the images. "That is good." Replies Bridget. A guard shows up. "What is it?" Dagon asks him. "The King wants to see you both." He answers Dagon. "OK, we will be there." replies Bridget as she and Dagon close the magic pool and head back to the main chamber.

 (Back at the main chamber.)

"You wanted to see us, father?" asks Bridget as she and Dagon enter the room. "Yes, I do," said King Arthur. "What is it?" Dagon says to King Arthur. He explains what is going to happen. "Has this happened before?" asks Dagon to King Arthur. "Yes. It happens every two years or more." replies King Arthur.

 "How long are we in the chamber for?" asks Dagon to King Arthur. "I have no idea." replies King Arthur. "Is it only Dagon and I?" asks Bridget to King Arthur. "It is only you two." There is a special bed that you will sleep in. " replies King Arthur. "Both Dagon and Bridget were shocked to hear this.

 "Your granddad went through this as well. It skipped me. It probably will skip your children and do theirs." Said Queen Daphne. "How do we put to sleep?" Asks Dagon to King Arthur. "A cocktail and other stuff." replies King Arthur. "Can Aella and Alberto visit us?" Asks Bridget to King Arthur. "Yes they can. I will explain everything to them as well. It will be easier if we do this right away." "  Said King Arthur.” Dagon and Bridget nod their heads in agreement. King Arthur leads them to the room. Once they are in the room, they look around. "Wow, this place looks different." Said Dagon.

 "Yep. It sure isn't the room we did the change in." Said King Arthur as he watches Dagon and Bridget. "It looks like we have to wear these clothes as well. " Said Bridget as she sees the clothes.” "Yes. Please change them so we can get started." Said King Arthur as he hands them the clothes.” They get them and enter a room to change into the clothes. They return to their father. "Does it matter who goes first?" Asks Bridget to King Arthur. "No. Alberto and Aella can watch if you want them to, too." replies King Arthur. ""I’d rather she watch so she can understand what I am going through." Said Dagon. "Same here.”  Replies Bridget.

 King Arthur gets a guard to get Aella and Alberto. Few minutes later, they arrive. King Arthur explains what is going on with Dagon and Bridget. "Oh boy."Said Alberto. "How long will they be asleep for?" Asks Aella. "I have no idea." replies King Arthur. "I am glad we can visit them." Said Alberto as he looks around the room.

 "Who wants to be first?" King Arthur asks Dagon and Bridget. "I will." Replies Dagon to King Arthur. "OK, is that all right with you, Bridget?" King Arthur asks Bridget. "Yes, I don’t mind.” Replies Bridget. King Arthur smiles at this. He goes and mixes the drink. "How fast does it work?” Dagon asks as he watches his father work. "Pretty fast. You must be in the bed when you get this drink. Once you are asleep, I will close the lid and turn on the gas. It will keep you under. It will look like you are dead. You will be in so deep a sleep." Replies King Arthur as Dagon kisses Aella before he gets into the bed. "There will be nurses to look after you, as well as Castor. Are you ready, Dagon?" King Arthur asks Dagon. "Yes I am." Dagon replies as King Arthur hands him the glass.” Dagon drinks the entire cocktail. He hands the glass back and lies down.

 "Remember, let the drink do its job." Said King Arthur as he watches Dagon. Bridget sees how fast the drink is putting Dagon under. Once Dagon is fully asleep, King Arthur closes the lid and turns on the gas. "It will be foggy for a bit. Now it is your turn, Bridget." Said King Arthur as he mixes another glass. Bridget gets on her bed after she kisses Alberto.

 Then King Arthur gives Bridget the glass. She drinks it and gives the glass back. Few minutes later, Bridget is out cold. King Arthur does the same thing to Bridget. "I hope it isn't for a month." said Aella as she looked at Dagon. ""I agree. We can visit them every day," replies Alberto as they all leave the room.
